At Girl Charlee we strive to protect your privacy and rights. When you place an order, we need to know your email address, delivery and billing address, company name if you are a business, and telephone number which helps us contact you regarding your order. The information you provide is controlled by Girl Charlee, LLC. When placing an order, with or without an account, when you are viewing account information or order history, or when paying by credit card and entering your card details you are in a secure area of the site using 128-bit encryption. Your credit card details are held securely by Authorize.net and we do not at any time see that information nor do we store it. All credit card refunds are made through Authorize.net.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. If you would like to see the personal information that we store about you we will provide it upon receipt of written request. |

Customer Support and Service:
Can't find what you are looking for? Do you need a different size? Need to place your order over the phone? If you require any assistance at all please do not hesitate to contact Girl Charlee customer service by using the 'Contact Us' link located in the footer section of our website. If you have an account with Girl Charlee our website provides order history and tracking information 24 hours a day. It is our policy to provide you with uncompromising customer service.
Stock Availability:
We do our very best to maintain accurate inventory levels, but in the event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, you will be notified within two business days and a refund will be issued or an alternate item will be delivered if you opt for a substitution.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship most orders within 2 business days. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via email. All orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and include package tracking and automatic receipt on arrival with a compensation coverage up to $100.00. We also offer international shipping to most worldwide destinations. Delivery methods and rates offered are based on origination and destination entered during the checkout process and include shipping and handling.
USPS Tracking Information:
USPS Priority and First Class services provides delivery confirmation for the date, ZIP Code and the time your package was delivered.
USPS Express service provides tracking for location scans in route as well as delivery confirmation for the date, ZIP Code, and the time your package was delivered.
USPS Global Express Guaranteed and Express Mail International services provide tracking and delivery confirmation for the time, date, and country location where your package was delivered.
Gift Wrap:
At Girl Charlee we believe that every special item you purchase is a gift so all orders are wrapped in our signature dots and stripes tissue paper, sealed with a Girl Charlee sticker, and include a lovely frosted Girl Charlee bag. If you are sending your order as a gift and would like to include a gift message just enter it in the 'Comments' section during check out and we will be happy to include it free of charge.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed by Authorize.net and are 100% secure. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Girl Charlee within 14 days of original customer delivery date. If an order is received back after that time a store credit will be issued in the amount of the items less a 15% restocking fee.
All items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, and must contain all original tags and accessories. We cannot refund anything that has been personalized, drop shipped items, or custom orders. The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges cannot be refunded except if merchandise is deemed to be defective. If order qualifies for free shipping and the order is returned, or partially returned, the original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 5-10 working days.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item please see 'Returns' section. A new order must be placed by the customer for the replacement item(s) unless merchandise is deemed to be defective. In such a case the replacement item(s) will be set aside for 10 days until defective merchandise is received back.
Coupons:
Coupon codes must be entered on the shopping bag page prior to checkout. Input the coupon code in the field provided and click 'Apply' and the discount will be reflected in the order sub-total. Only one coupon code or discount may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be applied to drop ship or sale items unless otherwise stated. |
