If you have an account with Girl Charlee our website is available 24 hours a day and provides order history and tracking information. It is our policy to provide you with uncompromising customer service and we will get back to every inquiry as quickly as possible.
Fabric:
We try to accurately list our fabrics based on the fabrics content and represent the correct color and print scale. We sell in one yard cuts, except for Japanese wovens which are listed in fat quarters, and 1/2 to 3/4 yards pieces in our 1/2 Yard category. All fabric cuts are as generous as possible as we believe in the old saying that more is more! All fabrics are cut after purchase unless otherwise indicated in the item description. For example our Japanese fabrics are sold in fat quarters, but if you want to order 3 yards you will receive a continuous 3 yard piece if available.
Stock Availability:
We do our very best to maintain accurate inventory levels, but in the event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and will either be issued a refund or an alternate item if you opt for a substitution.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or DiscoverCard credit cards, as well as most types of debit and gift cards bearing the MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card logo. All payments are processed by a PCI Compliant merchant processor and are 100% secure. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
Coupons:
Discount codes are entered on the shopping bag page prior to checkout. Enter the code in the field provided, click 'Apply', and the discount will be reflected in your order sub-total. Only one code may be applied per order and exclude Girl Charlee gift card purchases, shipping, and any applicable sales tax. Codes must be entered at the time of purchase and we cannot apply any discount after the order has been placed.
Gift Cards:
Girl Charlee gift cards are available in different amounts for purchase here. If you are using a gift card the code is entered on the payment page during checkout in the area provided. Gift cards can be used for any type of product purchase except gift cards. Any unused value will remain on the card for subsequent purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
