If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. If you received an incorrect fabric or if there are issues with your fabrics outside of the normal variances in fabric printing please contact us and we will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Any fabrics that have been cut, altered, washed or used in any way cease to be eligible for return or replacement.
If you wish to return a fabric we will accept returns on any uncut, unused, and unwashed fabric within 14 days of receipt of the items. A store credit only will be issued for the amount of the item(s), less any discounts applied on the items and original shipping charges. We cannot accept returns on any sale items. If your order was purchased with a store credit or discount voucher any refund amount will be issued in the form of store credit.
Returned items must be shipped back to Girl Charlee within 14 days of original delivery date. All return items must be unused, uncut, and unwashed.
The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping or flat rate shipping on your order your refund or credit will be less the actual shipping charge for the initial order. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. Once returns are received and inspected we will process the refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
