If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise and let us know what the issue is. If you received the wrong item we will send you the correct item and include a postage paid return envelope for you to return the item to us. If you decide that you do not want the item for whatever reason we will accept returns on any uncut, unused, and unwashed fabric, but you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain an RMA number. We can not accept returns without an RMA number.
We will issue store credit only for returned items unless your item received was defective. We cannot accept returns on any sale items. If your order was purchased with a store credit or discount voucher any refund amount will be issued in the form of store credit.
Returned items must be shipped back to Girl Charlee within 14 days of original delivery date. Items returned without an RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused, uncut, and unwashed.
The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. Once returns are received and inspected we will process the refund within 5-7 working days.
