Carriers and Services:
We ship orders Monday - Thursday and usually ship the same or next day after your order is placed. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via email as quickly as possible. We offer shipping via USPS and UPS and all orders include package tracking and delivery notification. We also offer international shipping to most worldwide destinations via USPS Priority only. Delivery methods and rates offered are based on origination and destination entered during the checkout process and the carrier selected.
USPS Priority offers full tracking and delivery confirmation worldwide.
UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select offers full tracking and delivery confirmation for the time and date your package is delivered.
You will be notified via email when you order is shipping and the carrier and tracking number is provided in your order shipment confirmation. You can track your shipments by logging into your account and clicking the tracking link located in your order information.
International Customers: We are not allowed by law to mark your package customs slip as a "gift" and must display the actual merchandise amount.
Free Shipping:
Girl Charlee offers free shipping for orders that meet the stated amount of the current offer and for orders shipped to a USA domestic address only. Shipping service is selected by Girl Charlee, but if you require your order delivered by a specific date please contact us to discuss available service options to accommodate your needs.
Packaging:
We try to keep shipping rates as low as possible and also package the most efficiently we can. We utilize USPS Flat Rate boxes, heavy duty poly mailer envelopes, and light weight sturdy boxes for larger shipments to ensure your order contents arrive safely and intact. Below you will find a handy guide that shows what we can usually fit into each of the USPS packaging options based on an average knit being .75 lbs, or 12 ounces.

- USPS Flat Rate Envelope - 2 to 3 yards of knit or 5 yards of woven
- USPS Medium Flat Rate Box - 8 yards of knit or 20 yards of woven
