Relaxed-fit straight leg pants sit at the natural waist
with a deep, elasticated fold-over knit waistband.
Pants feature a faux fly detail, deep topstitched
hems, & optional front and/or back patch pockets.
You’ll reach for these go-anywhere pants again &
again; just chose your favorite fabrics and they’ll
keep you cool in the heat, cozy when it’s cold, and
comfy all year round. Fold or scrunch the stretch
waistband, and team these with a tucked-in slim or
a slouchy-fit top or T-shirt for a sporty-chic look, or
keep the waistband unfolded for a sleek and
super-smooth silhouette under an untucked and
fluid blouse, a relaxed T-shirt or a loose sweater.
This is a beginner level sewing pattern.
This pattern is available in sizes 6 to 26.
Suggested fabrics are drapey light to medium weight knits and woven fabrics such as crepe de chine, peach skin, and wool dobby, cotton jersey, single spandex, linen or heavy crepe.
Fabric Requirements:
Size: 6 to 16 - 2 yard
Size: 18 to 26 - 2 1/4 yard
All sizes need 3/4 yard stretch knit for the waistband.
