This sewing pattern will help you create a maxi dress that features a fitted, KNIT bodice, with rounded-neckline, optional cap sleeves and a KNIT or WOVEN maxi skirt with side slit. Elastic at the waistline makes it even more figure flattering! The Magazine Street Maxi Dress can be worn with heels or flats and can take you from errands to date night out! The amazing thing is that YOU MADE IT and you can wear it all year round! Top it with a cardigan, bolero or your favorite slim cut blazer for cooler months and wear it alone in warmer months! The Magazine Street Maxi Dress is simple to make in an afternoon. Think solid, stripes or your favorite geometric print.

This is a beginner level sewing pattern.
This pattern is available in sizes XS to XXXL.

Suggested fabrics are cottons such as cotton jersey, cotton lycra, and specialty woven for the skirt.

Fabric Requirements:
Bodice
1/2 yard for all sizes
Sleeves
1/4 yard for all sizes
Skirt
Size: XS to M - 1 1/2 yard
Size: L to XXXL - 2 1/2 yard
