The Commuter Cowl is a stylish, lightweight and versatile cowl that is fun in construction and high on style! This is a great project for beginners to advanced sewers and is made all in one piece of fabric with little waste leftover. The commuter cowl pattern can be worn 2 ways (necklace style and structural style) and sewn in 2 different sizes as well!

This is a beginner level sewing pattern.

Suggested fabrics are light to heavy weight fabrics. Try any of our specialty wovens or a solid or printed knit such as cotton jersey, cotton lycra or ponte de roma.
